EFT Tapping points
This drawing shows all the tapping points and how to use them – so give it a go!
Start by breathing into your heart, then tap through the points 1 to 14, starting at the top of the head and working your way down.
Chakra Tapping Audio
Chakra Tapping is a great tool to balance the energy of your body. It leaves you feeling calm, relaxed and grounded.
It’s really useful to do at the end of the day, before or after a stressful event or diffiuclt conversation, or whenever you have time spare and want to give yourself some self-care! It has a medatitive effect that you will love.
The sequence takes 10 mins so you will need a comfortable, quiet space for that time. During the sequence you will be focussing on the chakras whilst tapping and breathing. You can’t get it wrong, so just relax, listen and see how it works for you!
Example EFT Sequence
Watch this video to see the Tapping points. In this video I use the example of ‘tension in the shoulders’. Tap along and repeat what I say in the video. You can adapt the sequence to whatever you are feeling and substitute ‘tension in shoulders’ with ‘anger in my tummy’, or ‘pain in my knee.’
